Hello!

 I'm Jody Fiorentino, a dedicated health coach with a background in education and a passion for holistic wellness. Having graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I bring over three decades of experience as an educator to my practice. My health journey began several years ago when I faced Lyme disease, prompting me to explore alternative healing modalities. It was during this time that I discovered the profound benefits of intermittent fasting, which has since become an integral part of my life for over five years. With a philosophy rooted in lifelong learning and empowering others with knowledge, I am eager to guide individuals towards optimal health and well-being. Fast-Twelve

A twelve session coaching program delivered to coach you through beginning and sustaining a healthy intermittent fasting lifestyle. This lifestyle brings many health benefits with weight loss as a great side effect!  Get your body healthy first, then the weight loss will come. This program is balanced with functional nutrition. When you begin this program you will receive a free workbook by author Gin Stephens to help you get started!  $720

Well-Twelve

A twelve session coaching program tailored to your bio-individuality.  Your personal health goals are the main focus of this health program.  We will explore the primary foods (what nourishes you off the plate), as well as secondary foods (what's on your plate) to bring lifelong wellness and a healthy balance to your life. $720

Clean-Three

A 3 week (1 hour class once a week) informational workshop that focuses on cleaning up your gut, cleaning up your pantry/plate, and cleaning up your body.  You can participate individually or with a small group (if you have a group of friends you'd like to do this with let me know!). Each week will focus on a topic, have a handout, and will end with an action step.  Three weeks of information and steps to cleaner eating, living, and better health, all done within a small group community!  $60

Follow Up-One

If you have gone through any of the paid programs or group studies with me, any single   follow up/check-in is available. Sessions must have at least 3 months between them.  $50

Online Book Study

Dive deep into the lifestyle of intermittent fasting using the book Delay, Don't Deny, by Gin Stephens.  Along with her workbook, Digging Deeper, together we will explore and learn what it means to live this lifestyle, and how it is different than a diet. This book is based on science and understanding what is going on in your body.   Participant must purchase book (SECOND EDITION), with optional workbook
